Job Title: Senior Managing Partner (APC)Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Agra, Lucknow, Noida.Salary: 7 lac Rimb Incentive (Presumably a total package including benefits and incentives)Experience: 5 to 15 years in Sales, preferably in Life InsuranceIndustry-Insurance, Broker, BFSI.Job Description/Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Training:
   • Manage Business Associates (BA) who will recruit agents.
   • Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
2. Sales Management:
   • Ensure insurance sales goal achievement.
   • Supervise and ensure agents fulfill their activity plans as per targets.
   • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents.
   • Update Sales Management System with relevant data.
3. Motivation and Promotion:
   • Motivate agents for career progression within the organization.
   • Encourage agents to utilize the Agent Portal & CRM for managing customers and cross-selling products.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
