Job Description

    You will be responsible for collecting and organizing data from various sources, building reports, and assisting internal stakeholders with analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:- Monitoring inbound work volumes, analyzing any abnormalities, and identifying potential concerns. Presenting this data in a digestible format to major stakeholders.- Working closely with the Operations Manager to enhance team efficiency.- Collaborating with Operations Analysts and Operations Managers from other departments to improve effectiveness across all business units.- Collaborating with other teams such as Financial Crime, KYC, Compliance, Member Support, and Product.- Collecting and organizing information for the day-to-day report, operations team.- Preparing regular or ad-hoc analysis of different data sets.- Using graphs and other methods to visualize data to stakeholders.- Investigating any abnormalities in the inbound work volumes.- Monitoring KPIs performance metrics.- Preparing periodical and ad-hoc reports for internal or external stakeholders.- Providing recommendations for process improvements.- Monitoring and assigning day-to-day inbound volumes to the various teams in operation, reporting daily SLA for each of the workstreams.- Having knowledge of advanced Excel.Qualifications required for this role:- Proven track record in process optimization and performance analysis in an operational setting.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in interpreting data and translating it into actionable recommendations.- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Looker, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.- Exceptional listening, doubt-solving capabilities, and analytics skills.- Willingness to work in a shared shift pattern as per business requirements.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.In addition to the above, Tide is a place that values diversity and inclusivity.
