Job Description

Experience: 5 yr. Develop and implement procurement strategies for medicines to meet organizational objectives and budgetary requirements Source and evaluate medicine suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and service agreements. Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that arise. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and logistics, to ensure seamless procurement processes. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization. and efficiency gains within the procurement function.Skills & Experience: Any Graduate /Any Post Graduate (Masters degree preferred) Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management I pharma companies. Candidate must have the proven working experience in Pharma companies. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits,
