Job Description

    You will be joining a B2B Travel Tech startup that is revolutionizing the way travel agents facilitate exceptional travel experiences globally. The company empowers travel agents to easily book flights, hotels, and holidays, in addition to offering comprehensive end-to-end travel services on the ground. With over INR 1000 crore GMV (sales) and a rapidly expanding business, you will be part of a team that focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and sustainable growth through internal cash flows. The company has successfully raised USD 5.5mn from prominent global investors to drive innovation and expansion.In this role, you can expect an attractive package of INR 35 to 50 LPA along with ESOPs, promotions, and promising growth opportunities. You will collaborate with a dynamic and dedicated team to excel and create a significant impact. Working closely with the founders, you will experience fast career growth with rapid appraisals and salary increments. The organizational culture ensures a great work environment with no hierarchy or politics.The growth trajectory within the company includes various roles with corresponding salary ranges:- VP/Director: 40-50 LPA- Manager/Tech Lead: 25-40 LPA- APM/SDE 2: 14-25 LPA- Analyst/SDE 1: 7-14 LPAThe founding team consists of individuals who have excelled in leadership roles at successful internet startups in India, including Ashish, Arun, Chirag, Shrawan, Akshat, and Rajesh.As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific product (Flight / Hotel / Holiday, etc.) and driving Business KPIs such as GMV, Revenue, Growth, and Retention. To succeed in this role, you should act as the CEO of the product, collaborate with various teams, understand consumer and business needs, prioritize effectively using data, and be involved in hands-on execution with tech, business, and marketing teams.The ideal candidate will:- Enjoy direct interaction with customers for feedback, sales, and account management- Be adept at prioritizing tasks based on data and customer interactions- Collaborate with designers and create detailed product documentation and user stories- Have a keen interest in improving business acumen and driving projects from ideation to executionThis role is not suitable for individuals who are not enthusiastic about working closely with tech and business teams, seeking a strategic role, or uncomfortable with long working hours, including Saturdays. The office is located in Connaught Place, Delhi, and the work timings are from 9.30 am until the work is completed, typically requiring 10-12 hours per day due to the high pace environment of a startup.,
