Job Description

    Location - Pan IndiaRoles:Reach out to homeowners & commercial/industrial customers to generate leads of active interested prospects for Solar PV power plants.Conduct first level of meeting to explain everything about solar, about company and our pricing T&Cs etc.Ensure thorough follow up, documentation and detailed discussions with prospective customers.Ensure daily reporting of of meetings, status of those meetings and next steps.Always be ready with plan ahead for next week/month.Ensure continuous follow up with customers where project has been awarded to us and ensuring a healthy feedback is gathered at all times.Provide customers with information, such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates.Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.Provide technical. information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealers.Calculate potential solar resources or solar array production for a particular site considering issues such as climate, shading, and roof orientation.Generate solar energy customer leads to develop new accounts.Communication Skills: Own your communications. Positive. Team Oriented. Clear. Motivating. Ensuring all communications are team oriented, and each team department is involved and aware of key events. Communicate with all individuals on the team as necessary in a positive, on-time, respectful and clear manner. Communicate on phone with clients to ensure satisfaction and commitment to on-time delivery. Communicate frequently via email for tracking purposes with clients, to ensure they are aware of delivery and installation timeline, in a positive manner. Communicate with subcontractors and team members in a polite and professional manner to ensure a positive environment and getting things completed on time, under budget and exceeding expectations!Solar Skills: Your experience, and education, will guide the Solar knowledge set. We hire people, not simply positions. Share what you know, and the solar skills will be supplemented. You will be trained, but you will be expected to grow and be self-motivated. Solar changes fast, we promote team growth and your thirst for knowledge. Your responsibility will include all things that Solar Installers should know.
