Job Description

    Parchaa, an AI-powered healthcare technology platform, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their team. Parchaa, a portfolio company of PSI, is a startup studio specializing in AI, Deep Tech, Applied AI, and Data Infrastructure.About ParchaaParchaas mission is to empower doctors with innovative AI solutions, enabling them to save time and make better medical decisions. We are a dedicated team focused on tackling common healthcare challenges in India and globally, including diagnostic errors, clinical decision support, and information overload for medical professionals.Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of robust and scalable software solutions for patient health records management. Utilize your proficiency in programming languages (e.g., NestJS, NodeJS, Java, Python) to create efficient, maintainable, and high-quality code. Contribute to the design and evolution of the overall system architecture. ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features seamlessly into existing systems. Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of patient health data. Stay abreast of industry best practices and compliance standards related to healthcare data security (e.g., HIPAA). Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and deliver exceptional software solutions. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment by mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members. Embrace and contribute to an agile development environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Implement and advocate for best practices in code testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and team collaboration. Continuously stay informed about the latest advancements in healthcare technology, software engineering, and security to bring innovative solutions to the company.Qualifications 3 years of experience in professional software development Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as NestJs, NodeJs, Java or Python Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA) Experience with healthcare data systems, especially those handling sensitive data in FHIR format Experience developing, deploying, and supporting on-premise software solutionsLocation- New Delhi,
