The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to software development, including back-end web development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). They will work closely with the software development team to develop efficient and effective solutions to improve our software products.Key responsibilities include:With software development, you will estimate engineering effort during. multiple stages of the product life cycleBe responsible for end-to-end development architecture, thus ensuring the code written to implement the architecture and design meets the highest standards regarding code quality and efficiency.Establish clean code and clean architecture principles for software developmentBe ready to explore, learn, and develop required skills on the job as per the project need.Experience with agile/scrum methodologies to iterate quickly on product changes, develop user stories, and work through backlogs.Must demonstrate good judgment and a pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technical realities.Qualifications. Strong understanding of Computer Science principles Extensive knowledge and experience in Back-End Web Development Proven track record in Software Development Proficiency in Programming In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with agile software development and project management methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in the pharmaceuticals industry is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWho are you A passionate coder who loves nothing more than writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code and one who leads teams with empathy and strategic thinking.A problem solver at heart who enjoys tackling complex challenges, using analytical and logical thinking to find solutions.The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of overall Software experience. Bachelor of Science/Technology Degree in Computer Science or relevant field only from tier I/II institutes. Knowledge in Nodejs, MERN/MEAN, Node, MongoDB, Angular, AWS, Jenkins, GIT, highly scalable cloud-based systems architecture/ big data framework, multitenant service-based architecture, and enterprise application architectures. Passionate about technology and consistently seeking out innovative ways to solve problems, detail-oriented; methodical; adaptable; highly motivated, and self-managed. Team player attitude with good leadership qualities. Strong analytical skills, and prior exposure to IoT platforms, and networks. Experience with test-driven development, setting up CI/CD tools, release management, Comfortable in leadership positions. Great interpersonal skills and can motivate teams to follow his or her vision. Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving. Result oriented.
