    Job Description & Desired skill set for the position ofSubject Matter Expert - UPSC Civil Services Exam We need candidates who have recently cleared their mains exam in the year 2022 or 2023, only those will be considered*Subject Matter Expert - UPSC Civil Services ExamDevelop and deliver online learning experiences, in close coordination with the marketing and design team, for aspirants preparing for UPSC Civil Services Exam.Job DescriptionYour typical daily work would look like -80% of the time you would closely coordinate with our graphic designers and animators to develop -Engaging motion graphics / 2D animation videos like promotional videos, explainer videos, YT Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc andDevelop visual concepts for graphic content like infographics, social media posts, rich documents, print, etc15% of the time you would write captions, short scripts, mailer campaigns, descriptions for youtube videos, etc.5% of the time would go towards routine. activities like sending mails, app notifications, status updates, etc.Desired skill setCandidate should -Be thoroughly updated with the current trend and demands of the UPSC civil services examinationHave qualified at least prelims and mains exams of the UPSC CSE examBe excellent at simplifying and visually presenting complex topics which are relevant for the UPSC Civil Services ExamEnjoy and thrive in a team environment with multiple engagementsBe excellent at written and verbal communication (knowledge of copywriting would be an added advantage)You will be working with experienced and skilled professionals in the domain and you will be provided with support and best equipment as applicable and required,
