Job Description

    As a ServiceNow Developer/Senior Developer specializing in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module, you will be responsible for configuring and developing features within the WSD module on the ServiceNow platform. Your primary focus will be on building, customizing, and enhancing workflows for workplace service management to ensure seamless functionality and an improved employee experience within the organization. Your role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs. It is crucial to adhere to ServiceNow best practices for development and configuration while supporting and optimizing existing WSD functionalities.To excel in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong proficiency in the WSD module. A deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and scripting is essential. Previous exposure to integrations with external systems would be beneficial. Additionally, your ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment will be key to your success in this position.,
