Job Description

    Job descriptionSite Supervisors, also called Construction Site Supervisors, oversee and delegate the tasks and duties of a construction team, typically composed of construction workers and subcontractors.to monitor a projects progress while ensuring that workers know and follow onsite health and safety regulations.Must know all basics of civil construction supervision qualities.Monitor the progress of construction projects.Coordinate amongst various Contractors at the worksite to ensure work alignment.Inspect materials that are delivered on-site to ensure adherence to specifications.Lead and assist multi-disciplinary engineering teams to complete projects.Prepare scopes of work and enquiries, proposals for outside consultants. Lead efforts to evaluate and select consultants and direct and review their work.Ensure all quality checks before issue of the drawings for constructions.To check lines, levels and marking of walls, slabs, columns etc.Maintain proper discipline and punctuality at site.Identify the areas for waste reduction and act on ways and measures to minimize the wastage.Ensure compliance of quality, safety and environment.Maintain proper records for billing, utilization of resources etc.Provide effective supervision to carry out the work as per the contract specifications.
