Job Description

    Experience: 2 - 6 yearsSalary: 3lpa to 6lpaLocation: New Delhi(Tilak Nagar)Work from officeRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy &marketing calendar
    • Use social media marketing tools such as ads manager, creator studio, Canva, and more.
    • Collaborate with clients to develop social media campaigns
    • Conduct competitive research
    • Determine the platform and identify the audience
    • Analyze data from Google Analytics &FB insights.
    • Good understanding of how to use Facebook Ad metrics effectively and how to optimize campaigns based on those metrics
    • Be well-versed in Paid advertising on Google, Facebook & & Instagram.
    • Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly and proactively update their social media profile.
    • Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
    • Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram &Twitter
    • Aid in the daily aspects of designing, and promoting social media campaigns.
    Required skills:-
    • Bachelors degree in Computer, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field
    • Good written and verbal communication required
    • Up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies & trends
    • Knowledge of designing applications like Canva, PowToon, Photoshop, ads manager, creator studio, etc.
    • Familiar with multi-social posting through programs
    • Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
    • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
    • Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees
    • Creative mindset
