Job Description

    Looking for Social Media Manager for Music Production House and Event Management Company based at DELHIKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase online presence.Create engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram etc.Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and community management.Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track KPIs and optimize strategies for better results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, designers, and influencers, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that have driven engagement and achieved business objectives.Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and optimization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and analyze data.Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per monthBachelors (Preferred)Experience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)Social media management: 4 years (Preferred)Please apply & Share resume asap if interested.ThanksMamta Dayal
