Job Description

    As the Project Manager for audio production, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully from inception to completion. Your duties will include managing the recording and editing process for various types of content such as corporate training, podcasts, and video narrations, while maintaining professional sound quality standards. You will also be tasked with coordinating localization and dubbing efforts, working closely with language specialists and voice actors to ensure accurate translations and cultural nuances are preserved. Client collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will need to engage with clients to understand their objectives, provide innovative solutions, and guarantee their satisfaction with the final deliverables. Furthermore, your responsibilities will extend to team coordination, where you will manage relationships with voice talent, sound engineers, and translators, while efficiently allocating resources across multiple projects. Quality control checks will be essential to uphold the clarity, consistency, and adherence to project requirements of all audio deliverables. Proficiency in industry-standard audio editing software such as Sound Forge, Nuendo, Adobe Audition, and Audacity will be required for this role. In addition, you will be expected to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the production process, including sound glitches, recording problems, or post-production edits. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time. The work location is in Hauz Khas, Delhi, and the ideal candidate should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. A secondary education qualification, preferably 10th pass, is preferred for this role.,
