Job Description

    Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effectiveprocurement of accessories. Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, quality, and deliveryperformance. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best possible value forthe company. Manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality accessories. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and qualityassurance, to ensure that accessories meet our company's standards. Monitor industry trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities forcontinuous improvement and cost savings. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure efficient supply chainmanagement.Requirements:Bachelors degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a relatedfield. 4-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, witha focus on accessories. Knowledge of accessory manufacturing processes and industry trends. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build andmaintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with supplier management and risk mitigation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
