Job Description

    Key Responsibilities :
    1. Excellent knowledge and working experience on ITSI.
    2. Working experience in installation and maintenance ofSplunk ITSI.
    3. Design, develop, implement and support the monitoring systems for Enterprise Infrastructure.
    4. Configure, & deploy Splunk products and log management solutions.
    5. Develop automation for security tools management.
    6. Create customized search heads.
    7. Develop adhoc searches using your programming & development expertise in languages such as Java, Python, Shell scripting, and/or regular expression.
    8. Manage tool licensing.
    9. Troubleshoot and resolve trouble with the tools.
    10. Daily support of the Splunk environment including resolving Incident Tickets / Service Requests / Change Tickets / DR tests as required.
    11. Provide on-call support
    Professional Skill/Experience:1.6 years of experience in one of the following areas : IT Operations, compliance, dev ops, network security, and system security, supporting security event management tools (SIEMs)2.Knowledge of enterprise logging, with a focus on security event logging3.Knowledge of regular expressions4.Experience with programming a plus5.Experience with Python6.Experience with various security tools, including Wireshark, Nessus, Nmap, Burp, Proxy, or Snort7.Experience with SPL, SQL, and other related search languages8.Knowledge of networking protocols9.Ability to be a Splunk language (SPL) expert10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills11. Ability to effectively interface and communicate with IT resources and business line12.Ability to consume requirements and produce effective monitoring to meet said requirementsLocation : Pan India.Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Splunk ITSI.
