Job Description

    Job Details:Designation: Store In-ChargeLocation: Delhi Airport, Terminal 1Employment Type: On-rollShould be good in English communicationKey ResponsibilitiesInventory & Warehouse Management
    • Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and stock movement of spare parts, consumables, tools, PPE, and equipment.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and manual registers.
    • Perform Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfers, and inventory reconciliation.
    • Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
    • Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
    • Handle warranty claim materials and maintain traceability.
    • Coordinate inter-site material transfers across PAN India locations.
    Inventory Control
    • Ensure proper filing and record management.
    • Maintain inventory data in excel or similer oter software module and maniatain data accuracy.
    • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
    • Generate inventory reports and support management reviews.
    • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
    • Procurement & Material Coordination
    • Coordinate local procurement of urgent materials.
    • Follow up with vendors for deliveries.
    • Ensure material availability for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
    • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing materials.
    • Airport Coordination & Compliance
    • Obtain airport entry permissions for materials, tools, laptops, and equipment.
    • Ensure compliance with airport security procedures and documentation.
    • Support calibration & certification renewals and operational clearances.
    Operational Support
    • Support site team for KPI sign-offs and resolve inventory descripency issues.
    • Coordinate with maintenance engineers for material planning.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
    • Support urgent operational requirements beyond regular working hours whenever required.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with airport authorities and stakeholders.
    • Contribute to process improvements in inventory management and operational efficiency.
    • Maintain proper storage practices as per safety standards.
    • Ensure PPE availability and compliance.
