• Good Managing skill to handle the site, Capable for problem solving,
• Capable for team work with all site store staff,
• Able to ISO standard documentation work,
• To effectively manage and document all materials transaction in ERP requirements.
• To obtain materials requirement plan & raise or process indents in ERP as preplan
• Planning resource for optimizing man & Machin utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing
• Productivity and profitability.
• Ensuring documentation throughout the execution work.
• Co-ordination with purchase department and suppliers for receipt of materials and escalate
• as Necessary & inspection of incoming materials for quality and inspect if necessary.
• To maintain record and report the status of client supplied materials as per ISO procedure.
• Civil, Plumbing, Electric Item keep records by Excel Sheet & Ledger.
• Assets & Materials provide the site thru proper channel & records.
• Preparing GRN of incoming materials in ERP
• Store Keeping records reports submit Weekly, Monthly & Yearly by Soft & Hard copy.
• Good knowledge of material storage & loading unloading approved methods,
• Able to work under pressure & Hard working in nature &
