About the Role:We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who want to earn based on their own effort and build something of their own. This is a performance-based sales and support role where your earnings depend entirely on how much you work and how well you perform.Please read this description fully before applying. Only apply if you are genuinely comfortable with a performance-based earning model.What You Will Be Doing:Your job is to reach out to people who are looking to start something of their own digitally or are looking for an income opportunity. You explain the opportunity to them, help them understand how it works, and onboard them as paying partners on our platform.Once someone is onboarded as a partner, your job does not end there. You support that partner for their entire tenure explaining the platform to them, solving their doubts, helping them find their first customers, and making sure they are able to use the system properly.Earning Model:This is a performance-based role. You earn a fixed commission for every partner you successfully onboard. On top of that, if you consistently hit your monthly targets, you unlock a structured fixed income on top of your commissions. The more you perform, the more you earn there is no upper limit.Who Should Apply:

• Someone who is hungry to earn and willing to put in consistent daily effort
• Someone comfortable reaching out to new people and explaining opportunities clearly
• Someone with a basic smartphone or laptop to manage daily work
• Someone who wants to build their own income rather than wait for a fixed salary
