Job Description

Job Summaryknowledge of Trouble Shooting, Networking, LAN, WAN, L2, L3, Hardware & Networking, Assembling, Installation, Servicing, Configuring desktops etc., Cyberroam, Server Thin Client Management.To maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and systems. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities and DutiesResponsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing local system environment.
  • Particularly on Windows Server
  • Candidate will also actively participate and contribute to systems engineering activities.
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
  • Manage the configuration and operation of company-based computer operating system.
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
  • Create and verify backups of data.
  • Respond to and resolve all requests Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
  • Review application logs Install and test computer-related equipment.
  • Handling & solve the query of Noida, Delhi & Tirupur branches.
