Job Description

    Role - Talent Acquisition SpecialistExperience - 2 to 4 yearsWork Location - Delhi / GurgaonPosition Overview: We are seeking a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill various positions . The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requisition needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in the position. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the. recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates to hiring manager on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications: Any Graduate or Post Graduate can apply Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a media industry. Familiarity with recruiting tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
