Job Description

    Required Candidate Profile: Eligibility Criteria
    1. Should have handled minimum of 10- 15 team members.2.You should have good knowledge in System and MIS management.
    2. Should have handled the team Daily reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals.
    3. Responsible for staff retention within the team.
    4. Should be from collection background handling financial products (CARDS, PL, AUTO, Two-wheeler or other Consumer Loans Etc.)6.Must have ability to work in demanding work environment as well as to deal with high pressure situations.
    5. Should have role experience of Minimum 1 Years
    8.The Candidate should have good experience in Collections, Whether its in Flows, Npa or Recovery write-off.9.Should have a fair knowledge of Collection mechanism like Negotiation or Skip TracingofNCaccounts.
