Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Fetching correct data to the team, checking on the data called, monitoring the connected calls and proper disposition of all the leads.
    • Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics, client onboarding progress, and other key performance indicators to track and analyse team performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor the performance of the Field sales team, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team goals are met.
    • Present advertising opportunities to merchants, highlighting the value of promoting their products or services through WhatsApp business App.
    • Must do frequent call audits of the team to ensure correct selling practices are being followed.
    • Assist in the training and development of Field sales representatives, providing ongoing support and coaching to help them succeed in their roles.
    • Handle a team of 10 to 15 associates.
