Job Description

    • Responsibilities:
    • 1 Lead and supervise a team of travel agents, providing direction, guidance, and support.
    • 2 Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • 3 Train new team members on booking systems & company processes
    • 4 Handle escalated customer inquiries & complaints, ensuring timely resolution
    • 5 Guest Handling
    • 6 Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team targets & revenue goals.
    • 7 Conduct regular performance evaluations & provide constructive feedback to team
    • 8 Maintain positive & collaborative team environment, encouraging for teamwork
    • 9 Stay updated on industry trends, travel products & destination information to provide
    • accurate advice and recommendations.
    • 10 Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to optimize processes &
    • improve customer experience.
    • Requirements:
    • 1 Proven experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Consultant, with a leadership role.
    • 2 Excellent knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
    • 3 Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • 4 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
    • 5 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • 6 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • 7 Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • 8 Must be graduate
