Oversee the development of both frontend and backend components. Collaborate closely with UI developers to ensure seamless integration of features. Manage the full development lifecycle, from project planning to deployment and maintenance. Provide technical guidance and support, promoting best practices and code quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment with business goals. Act as a point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication. Ensure project milestones are met within the defined timeline.Qualifications Proven experience as a Team Leader in Full Stack Development. Strong background in both backend and frontend technologies. Expertise in Angular for leading frontend development efforts. Proficiency in .NET 5/6, Multithreading, and WebAPI. Experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, SQLite). Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
