The company is based in New Delhi and offers flexibility for some remote work.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead who will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of software products. Additionally, the Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in project planning, and manage project timelines and budgets.Qualifications Expertise in software development, with strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C Experience in leading and managing a team of developers Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. such as Jira Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience with cloud-based architectures such as AWS or Azure is a plusAt Raxa, we value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
