Job Description

    HI,we have an urgent job opening for a position of Technical sales Representative postion with one of our client who are the leading distributors of Raw material , chemicals used in Pharma , cosmetics, food & beverages, home care etc.kindly find the below mentioned job detailsTechnical Sales RepresentativeQualification are as following;Bachelors degree, chemistry or biology science are prefer any working experience in cosmetic raw material sales and in distributor/trader company as advantageMust be able to communicate well in English verbal and in writingAbility to work under pressure and flexible timeGood personalityComputer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)JOB DESCRIPTIONTechnical Sales RepresentativeResponsibility are as following;Report directly to Sales Manager.To do yearly Sales Target (ABP) to Sales supervisor for Product manager approval.Responsible for sale activities in purpose to achieve Sale Target.Contact the principle by e- mail for sample and technical request and copy to Product manager/Business Manager (Oversea)/Director.Approach the customer for innovative products and follow up for existing orders.Prepare quotation and technical data and submit to the customers.Provide monthly sales report to Sales Supervisor, cc: Product manager/Business Manager (Oversea).Coordinate with Admin staff and Office Boy about samples request for customers.Coordinate with Admin staff about goods delivery in order to serve customer.Prepare sale forecast to arrange ordering process and concern with shipment and production lead time. Manage the inventory and stock for supporting the customers needed. Corporate with Finance for any requirement support such as collection and etc.Feedback any problem to Sales supervisor/Product Manager/Business Manager (Oversea)/Director immediately.Prepare Visit for Principals and taking care principals.Responsible and Take caring all facilities and asset belonging to company.Responsible for company system and policy.If this requirement matches your profile do reply with your updated Resume.
