Job Description

The Technical Training Manager is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that enable employees to confidently use workplace technology, software, and equipment. The role involves assessing training needs, monitoring employee development, and ensuring training programs remain aligned with technological advancements and the organizations strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver comprehensive technical learning and development programs in collaboration with relevant subject-matter experts.
• Communicate with employees to identify and address technical challenges and training needs.
• Assess employees existing knowledge and experience and develop appropriate training programs to enhance their technical skills.
• Conduct training through in-person sessions, workshops, and online instruction.
• Develop clear, practical training manuals and learning materials focused on measurable outcomes.
• Assess employee skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop promotional materials for training programs.
• Ensure all training materials, systems, and programs remain accurate, current, and effective.
• Identify future technical training requirements and develop proactive solutions that support the organizations strategic direction.
• Monitor technological developments and recommend relevant training to ensure employees remain proficient with current software, systems, and equipment.
