Job Description

    Job Summary:The Tele Counselor is a crucial role in our company, responsible for connecting with potential clients via phone, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards our digital marketing solutions.You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services and driving lead generation and sales.Key Responsibilities:
    • Proactively Contact Potential Clients:Make outbound calls to prospects identified through various channels, including lead lists, social media, and website interactions.
    • Understand Client Needs:Actively listen to client inquiries, identify their business challenges, and determine their specific needs and goals.
    • Present Digital Marketing Solutions:Clearly and concisely explain the benefits of our digital marketing services, tailoring your approach to each clients unique needs and industry.
    • Address Client Queries:Answer questions thoroughly and professionally, addressing concerns and providing relevant information.
    • Generate Leads and Close Sales:Qualify leads, build rapport with potential clients, and guide them through the sales process, ultimately aiming to convert them into paying customers.
    • Maintain Accurate Records:Document all interactions with clients, including call summaries, notes, and follow-up actions, ensuring a clear and organized database.
    • Manage Backlog:Effectively manage a list of leads and follow-up on them in a timely manner.
    • Provide Feedback:Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve our digital marketing strategies and services.
    • Stay Up-to-Date:Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to better serve our clients.
    • Collaborate with Team:Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to client engagement.

        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

        • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
