Job Description

    Job Role:Tele-calling Executive.Experience:minimum 3 months in insurance sector.Salary:15k to 25k per month.Location:Rohini, DelhiRole & responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote insurance products.
    • Create sales opportunities through cold calls and follow-ups.
    • Address customer inquiries and explain insurance options.
    • Present key benefits of policies to drive sales.
    • Assist customers with completing forms and paperwork.
    • Build strong relationships with customers for future business.
    • Track leads, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
    • Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with sales and insurance teams for smooth onboarding.
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a simple manner.
    • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
    • Sales-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Patience, persistence, and resilience.
    • Knowledge of insurance products is a plus (but training can be provided)
