Job Description

    Urgent hiring forTele calling ExecutiveJob Location:-NSP(Pitampura) and Saket, DelhiSalary:- Up to 20k ESI/PF Insurance Incentives(Fixed salary depends on the interview based)-
    • 100% sales calling (outbound process)
    • Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
    • Understanding the customers profile from Sales aspects understanding the business prospective to generate the sale leads only (not sales)
    • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
    • To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
    • Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
    • Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
    • Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
    • Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
    Job Requirements: -
    • Applicant must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
    • Targets and performance-oriented individual.
    • Prior calling (outbound) experience would be highly preferable.
    • Ability to handle rejection from customers.
    • Very good communication and convincing skills.
    • Comfortable making calls and talking to prospects all day
