The Telemarketer will be responsible for answering to queries that are generated through different channels and ensure that customers are provided with quality responses.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and exceptional customer service Experience in sales for more than 4 years Proficiency in English is a must Advanced level skills for technology like MS office, social messengers, and operating computer. Systematic follow up and reporting is a must. Able to plan and schedule tasks. based on priority.Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial: Familiarity with battery chargers, power tools, jump starters, and automotive fluids or relevant products in the auto industry Experience in telemarketing or sales in a similar industry Fluency in multiple languages,
