    • Working Days:6 Days a WeekNote: Saturday & Sunday are working days; weekly off is rotational

    Salary Structure
    • Delhi:Up to24,000 Net Take-Home Incentives PF Insurance
    • Lucknow:Up to18,000 Net Take-Home Incentives PF Insurance

    • Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass
    • Languages Required:Hindi & English
    • Gender:Male & Female
    • Age Limit:Up to 30 Years

    Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
    • Promote holiday packages and travel-related services
    • Convince customers to visit the company venue (no direct sales closure)
    • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
    • Generate leads and fix appointments
    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
    • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
    • Follow up on leads and assist with booking closures
    • Provide after-sales support and collect customer feedback
    Candidate Requirements
    • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
    • Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
