Telesales AssociateExp - Minimum of 6 monthsLocation - Delhi (Moti Nagar)Notice Period - Immediate to 30 daysJob DescriptionContacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.Generate sales leadsProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsMeet personal/ team sales targetsUse product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospectsRole RequirementGraduate / Undergraduate can applyProven experience as telesales representative or other sales.Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsStrong phone contact handling skills and active listeningAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.Passion for sales, meeting targets and chasing for high numbers.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectiveWorking Shifts6 days with rotational offDay Shift: 10am-7pmShift Hours - 9 hour and 8 hours productionInterested can share their CVs to :hidden_email or call onhidden_mobile
