Job Description

    We are excited to share an opportunity to join Aditya Birla Sunlife Insurance for the Phone Banking Profile in Noida and Rohini West DelhiJob Description: - Position: Relationship Manager - Phone BankingKey Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Generate 4-5 leads per day from existing Bank customers, leveraging relationships with bank Relationship Managers.
    • Sales & Closure: Call the leads, explain the products offered by ABSLI (Aditya Birla Life Insurance), and close the sales.
    • Relationship Management: Develop strong working relationships with the RM to maximize the number of leads.
    Role Requirements:
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years in life insurance sales (preferred), Candidates with LI Sales or banking sales experience also considered.
    • Skills:Tele sales, strong relationship-building skills to convert leads, communication.
