    Telecaller / Telesales Executive Job DescriptionPosition: Telesales ExecutiveExperience: 01-04 YearsLocation:rajouri gardenEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Responsibilities
    • Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
    • Explain products/services and generate sales leads.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
    • Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers.
    • Maintain accurate call records and update lead status.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Handle customer queries professionally and build good relationships.
    • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
    Requirements
    • Good communication and convincing skills.
    • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
    • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Freshers can apply; telesales/customer service experience is preferred.
