Job Description

Position Title: Territory ManagerKey Responsibilities:
• Recruit, engage, and onboard Branch Managers (BMs).
• Ensure BMs recruit, appoint, and train Product Financial Advisors (PFAs).
• Conduct regular meetings with BMs and PFAs to inform them about new earning opportunities and enablement initiatives.
• Ensure BMs and PFAs receive adequate training from the training team for their roles.
• Drive BMs and PFAs to achieve their earning goals, contributing to personal business targets.
• Ensure leads assigned from the Head Office in SAMS are followed up and updated.
• Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure policy persistency.
• Address complaints from team members and customers, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Specific Authorities (Financial & Non-Financial):Key Performance Indicators:
• Number of new BMs recruited (Target Achievement 100%)
• Number of new PFAs recruited (Target Achievement 100%)
• Number of active PFAs (Target Achievement 100%)
• New business production (NOP) (Target Achievement 100%)
• Monthly premium targets (Target Achievement 100%)
Job Requirements:Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience:
• At least 6 years of work experience, including 3-4 years in a sales team leadership role within the life insurance sector.
