As an Automation Test Manager at EY, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to ensure automation expediency and alignment with customer expectations. Your key responsibilities include:- Developing and enhancing Framework Architecture- Building Framework components and libraries- Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium Webdriver with TestNG Framework- Conducting webservice automation using Rest Assured- Utilizing Protractor for automation- Performing Mobile application testing using Appium- Designing and Implementing Test Automation Strategy- Creating and getting approvals for Automation Test Plan- Designing and Implementing Automation Framework- Managing Test Automation Resources- Enhancing, debugging, and running Test Cases- Providing Automation Test Estimations- Monitoring defect management process- Conducting Regression Testing- Troubleshooting Object Identification and error handling issues- Generating Test Summary Reports- Coordinating with Test team members and Development team- Interacting with client-side individuals to resolve issues and provide updates- Leading teams across geographies- Providing automation trainings within the companyTo qualify for this role, you must have:- BE/BTech/MCA qualification- 10-15 years of automation consulting experience across multiple platforms and domains- Minimum of 9 years of experience in automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, ProtractorIdeally, youll also possess:- Hands-on experience in developing frameworks on Selenium frameworks like TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, Rest Assured- Experience in creating QA Strategy and automation approach from scratch- Ability to articulate value and ROI of automation to clients- Experience in conducting proof-of-concepts and Tool selection- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly- Willingness to take on individual contributor as well as Team Leader rolesAt EY, youll have the opportunity to work on diverse and inspiring projects while receiving support, coaching, and feedback from engaging colleagues.
