Job Description

Responsibilities Along with the team, responsible for design and execution of brand-appropriate products as outlined within the seasonal line plan. Responsible from concept to final sample for the seasonal product line plan. Possess and apply knowledge of trends, materials, and technical design to prepare clear design briefs for planned products. Responsible for detailed design tech-packs for multiple product categories per season (including technical drawings, surface artwork, color, trim, finish, material and technique reference). Meet all deadlines and ensure final samples go into production on time to adhere to the seasonal line plan.Qualifications Ability to design within a wide variety of styles, themes, and materials with an exceptional eye for color and pattern. Excellent drawing and painting skills. Proven ability to translate hand drawn artworks to workable digital files. Highly motivated self-starter who can manage multiple projects at a time. Enjoys. working in a collaborative team across multiple functions of the business. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Minimum 2 years professional design experience in the home category is a MUST.
