Job Description

    Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: East Delhi (Nirman Vihar) Experience: 6 months to 3 years Salary: 10,000 to 15,000 per month Attractive Incentives Working Days: Monday to SaturdayResponsibilities:
    • Sourcing and screening CVs from job portals
    • Conducting telephonic interviews
    • Coordinating with candidates for interview schedules
    • Lining up candidates for final round interviews with Regional Head HR
    • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment services
    • Sourcing, screening, and validating candidates as per client specifications
    • Achieving revenue goals set for the business unit
    • Engaging with clients and actively contributing to account growth
    • Maintaining the candidate database and ensuring follow-up until candidate joining
    • Ensuring work is done within the defined quality parameters
    Desired Candidate Profile:
    • 0 to 6 years of experience in recruitment
    • Energetic, with a keen interest in interacting with people
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Good communication skills with effective convincing capabilities
    • Confident and smart
    • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
