    Job Title: Trademark AttorneyWork Location: New DelhiDesignation: Trademark AttorneyExperience: 4 to 5 yearsCompensation: Based on performance in the Interview.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trademark Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in trademark prosecution, opposition, drafting, and hearings. The candidate should be well-versed in trademark law and have a track record of successfully handling trademark-related matters. The primary responsibilities of the Trademark Attorney will include:Trademark Prosecution: Prepare and file trademark applications with the relevant trademark offices, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines. Respond to office actions and correspondence from trademark examiners.Trademark Oppositions and Hearings: Represent clients in trademark opposition proceedings, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, preparing evidence, and presenting arguments before trademark authorities. Handle all aspects of trademark hearings and negotiations.Trademark Portfolio Management: Assist clients in developing and managing their trademark portfolios. Conduct trademark clearance searches to identify potential conflicts and advise clients on the availability and registrability of trademarks.
