To monitor the Internal Audits for Quality Management System, Process Audits and Product Audits are being conducted as per plan. And manage all type of in-process documentation as per company terms like. 5S, Kaizen, 7QS,4QM, POKA YOKA, IATF Certification et 2. To ensure that the progress of the internal audits will be presented and available to the top management during the management reviews.3.To prepare monthly / annual training calendar and to conduct training on quality tools & techniques, 5S, Kaizen, other awareness programs within the organization as per annual training calendar or as per requirement.4.To generation reports as per the requirement defined in quality management system and asked by top management To participate and present department progress in weekly, monthly or annua management reviews.5. To give input to the management on regular basis for improvement in the processes.6. To prepare Auto-Cad Drawings, Process Sheets, Inspection Standards for the parts and handover to same on approval to concerned production and quality representative.7. To arrange facilities in-house or externally for the internal or external meetings in the organization.8. To conduct training on quality tools & techniques, 5S, Kaizen, other awareness programs within the organization as per annual training calendar or as per requirement.9. To ensure that 5S best practices are identify, displayed and implemented in the organization.10. To generation reports as per the requirement defined in quality management system and asked by top management.Training Period:- 6 month is the Training period & After 20% appraisal fixed in the salary.
