The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for campus placement activities, college recruiting, training, and enhancing students soft skills.Role Description Establish and maintain relationships with potential employers, industry partners, and alumni to generate job opportunities in the IT sector. Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards. Maintain an up-to-date corporate database and track placement statistics to assess the effectiveness of placement strategies. Support mapping of knowledge and skills required with curriculum and work with individual faculty and institutional leadership to ensure relevant courses cover the knowledge and skills. Provide guidance and support to students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling. To effectively communicate with recruiters and make them understand the institutes priorities, students strengths, and unique capabilities of the institute. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market demands to inform placement strategies.Qualifications Campus Placement and College Recruiting skills Communication and Soft Skills Training experience Experience in developing training programs Knowledge of the education industry Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline.
