Job Description

Position:UI/UX DesignerExperience: 3-6yrsLocation: RemoteWe are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX designer to join our team to execute a critical project around Point-of-Sale Data Management and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building intuitive application user interfaces and optimal user user experiences driven by requirements, use cases and personas.Key Responsibilities:
• Create user-centric designs focusing on usability and aesthetics.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for the Admin Portal, Workflow Builder, and other UI components.
• Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Design and maintain a consistent visual style across the application by defining and managing a design system.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
• Develop assets such as icons, images, and illustrations as required for the application.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React (to understand developer requirements).
• Experience in creating design systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.
• Attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
