Job Description

    Hi,Position: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat Process)Location: GurgaonWorking Days: 5 Days (Weekends Off)Note: This is an on-site position with no work-from-home or remote options.Job Responsibilities:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Resolve product-related issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the cause, and providing solutions within 24 hours.
    • Escalate complex issues to the reporting manager when necessary.
    • Ensure all communication adheres to company policies, tone, and standards.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns.
    • Maintain a review rating of at least 4.2 stars on all online platforms.
    • Conduct daily checks of reviews and provide accurate solutions for our online platforms.
    • Record all customer interactions and actions taken in the companys CRM system.
    Expected Skills:Proficiency in Customer Query Handling.Good Typing Skills.Strong Communication Skills.Basic Commercial Knowledge.
