Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide product/service information to customers.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
    • Persuade customers to make a purchase or agree to a meeting with the sales team.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
    • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Handle customer objections and resolve any queries or concerns effectively.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to management on customer interactions, challenges, and opportunities.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role.
    • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections confidently.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
