Job Description

    Job Title: Front Office & Admin ExecutiveJob Location: New DelhiResponsibilities:
    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or staff members.
    • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
    • Interview co-ordination.
    • Some responsibilities of Talent Acquisition.
    • Facility management
    • Maintain and update the visitor log and employee calendar.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
    • Perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
    • Assist with office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
    • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
    • Provide general administrative support to staffasneeded.
    Qualification:
    • Any Graduation
    • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
