Job Description

    Sales Head Closing & Team LeadershipLocation: Delhi NCR | Experience: 8-12 YearsKey Responsibilities:Handle complete B2B sales pipeline from lead qualification to final deal closure.Lead high-value/enterprise client meetings and negotiations.Manage, guide & achieve targets with the Sales/BD team.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers/CXO-level clients.Monitor CRM pipeline, sales forecasting and revenue targets.Drive new business development and ensure monthly/quarterly targets.Coordinate with internal/technical teams for proposals and timely closures.Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR & other regions.Requirements:8-12 years of B2B Sales experience with strong closing exposure.Proven experience in Enterprise/High-Value Deal Closure.Excellent negotiation, communication & team leadership skills.Strong knowledge of CRM and sales forecasting.Technical/Project/Solution-based B2B sales experience preferred.
