Job Description

    Job Description Inside Sales Associate (Charter Bus Services)Location: Noida (Work from Office)Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)Responsibilities
    • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide charter bus quotations.
    • Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
    • Follow up with customers to maximize sales.
    • Coordinate with bus vendors for pricing and availability.
    • Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
    • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree (preferred).
    • 03 years of experience in inside sales or customer support.
    • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
    • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
    • Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
