Job Description

position:Live Underwriter US MortgageLocation : MumbaiWalkin drive on 12,13 and 14th January in Mumbai Requirements : 4Cs framework, Live Underwriting, Income Calculation, Debt-to-Income (DTI) Ratio Calculation, Underwriting Candidate must have live underwriting concepts and 4C experience as mandatory. Min 2yr of exp in Live underwriting. Candidate must be able to make real time calculations of underwriting. Immediate Joiner is required only. remote (work from home) work mode is available.Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days onlyThe Conventional Underwriter reviews, conditions and underwrites mortgage loans in accordance with established policies and procedures and appropriate guidelines; examines all documentation for accuracy and completeness.Key Required Skills:Candidate must have experience in live underwriting, Real Time Analysis.Excellent at Income Calculation and Debt-to-Income(DTI) Ratio Calculation.Expertise in 4Cs framework (Credit, Capacity, Collateral and Capital),Familiar in Credit report Analysis && LOX (Letter of Explanation).Knowledge on Residential Mortgage- Credit Bureau, Documents to approve the loan, Familiar with different account types.
