Job Title: Video KYC Executive (Telugu Hindi English Speaking)Work Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi Compensation: Up to 25,000 (Net Salary per month) Experience:Freshers/ Experienced Employment Type: Full-time, On-siteAbout the Role:We are looking for dynamic, confident, and communicative professionals to join our Video KYC (VKY) team based at Mohan Estate, Delhi. The role primarily involves conducting customer verifications through live video calls, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the KYC process. This position is best suited for individuals who are fluent in Telugu (Priority 1), Hindi, and have average English communication skills.The process is fundamental in nature but requires attention to detail, clarity in communication, and adherence to regulatory norms. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or KYC verification are preferred; however, freshers who possess good communication skills and confidence on video are also encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Video KYC (Know Your Customer) sessions with customers over live video calls to complete identity verification.
• Communicate fluently in Telugu, Hindi, and English (basic level) to guide customers through the verification process.
• Verify customer identity documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN) as per organizational and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality during each session.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and customer-centric approach throughout the interaction.
• Record relevant customer information and update verification status in the CRM or designated system.
• Report any discrepancies or red flags identified during the verification process to the supervisor or compliance team.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and timely completion of verification tasks.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets in line with the teams objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:1. Language Proficiency:
• Telugu Mandatory (Top Priority)
• Hindi Mandatory
• English Basic conversational ability
2. Communication Skills:
• Clear, confident, and pleasant communication style, especially on video.
• Ability to explain procedures and address customer queries politely.
• Comfortable handling multiple calls and maintaining focus on quality.
3. Technical / Process Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage, and CRM handling).
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms or similar digital tools.
• Ability to follow defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
4. Educational Qualification:
• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Candidates pursuing graduation or with call center experience are welcome.
5. Experience:
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a Video KYC, BPO, telecalling, or customer service role preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and presentation skills are also eligible.
